Homoeopathy
Information on Recognition
In order to obtain recognition as a Bupa Australia Recognised provider, for Homoeopathy benefit payment purposes, the applicant will:
- Have completed an Advanced Diploma in Homoeopathy at an Australian Registered Training Organisation (RTO). (Applicants without an Australian Registered Training Organisation (RTO) qualification must have their 'current competencies' assessed by a RTO to determine equivalency.)
- The following courses meet these minimum requirements:
- HLT60602 Advanced Diploma of Homoeopathy
- HLT60607 Advanced Diploma of Homoeopathy
- Any educational qualifications attained by distance only learning will not be recognised.
- Meet the Compulsory Additional Recognition Requirements.
The following associations are considered to be a professional association which meets the requirements of rule 10 of the Private Health Insurance (Accreditation) Rules 2008 for Homeopathic provider recognition purposes.
