At HBA and Mutual Community we believe that the care a patient receives is of the utmost importance whether that be in an in-patient hospital setting or out-patient services provided by Allied Health Professionals.

Part of that care is taking the financial pain out of the medical expenses a patient may incur and by providing certainty in relation to the contribution a patient may need to make.

HBA and Mutual Community’s Members First Physiotherapy network was designed with this philosophy in mind by giving HBA and Mutual Community’s customers peace of mind when utilising dental services by:

Providing benefits of at least 60%-100% of the cost for most physiotherapy services, depending on their Level of Cover
Increased benefits on selected physiotherapy services
Ease of claiming by ensuring the physiotherapist can submit their claims electronically
