Bupa Recognised Provider status will be granted to applicants who:
- Meet the recognition criteria for the modality in which they seek recognition (Refer to links below)
- Meet the Compulsory Additional Recognition Requirements
- Are members of an Association that has an agreement with Bupa Australia
- Agree to abide by Our Ancillary Provider Terms
