Members First Schedules of Rebates and Fees

Members First schedules of fees and rebates effective 1 April 2009 are now available to download.

These schedules will replace the existing 'Our Maximum Fee' documents for the following network agreements:

• Members First General Practitioner Dental Network Agreement
• Members First Physiotherapy Network Agreement
• Members First Chiropractic Network Agreement
