Members First is a network of providers covering dental, physiotherapy, optical and chiropractic services. Bupa Australia customers with Extras Cover can receive additional value and certainty with costs when they visit a Members First Provider.

By using the Members First network of service providers, Bupa Australia customers can receive higher Set Benefits, and the certainty of receiving between 60%-100% of the charges back on most services, depending on their Level of Cover.

As part of the Members First Network, we want to ensure that you receive the support you need to promote your practice. To help you with this, we will carry out a range of activities that we believe will be of benefit to you. Some of these activities include:

• Promoting the Members First network to our customer so that they are aware of the various benefits available
• Undertaking activities to promote the Members First network to a wider audience, where applicable
• Listing participating Members First providers on our easy-to-use website – hba.com.au or mutualcommunity.com.au - and promoting this to our customers
