What is the Ezyclaim system?

At HBA, we understand that as a doctor your primary focus is the well-being of your patients. That's why we introduced an innovative no or known gap billing system, known as Ezyclaim.
Ezyclaim eliminates or reduces the gap paid by your patients when they are hospitalized.
Ezyclaim provides you with the certainty of receiving your fee, saving time and reducing paperwork through an easy to use claims system.
During the 10 years it has existed, thousands of doctors have already taken advantage of the Ezyclaim billing system. HBA has paid over 2,000,000 Ezyclaims, benefiting more than 12,000 members every month, who have received in-hospital medical services and paid nothing extra.
Ezyclaims can be lodged electronically using Eclipse. Eclipse is a secure information processing system that uses the internet to link Medicare Australia, health funds and doctors.

How to become an Ezyclaim provider
- Read the Terms and Conditions
- Complete the Ezyclaim Direct Credit Authority Form
- Fax a copy of a bank deposit slip, cancelled cheque or bank statement to verify your account details to fax number 03 9937 4419 (quote the reference number allocated when submitting the Ezyclaim Advice Slip and Direct Credit Authority Form) or post to:
